Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

Pick up from hotel or airport and depart from Nairobi via the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at campsite. Late afternoon proceed for game drive in search of black maned lion, elephant, leopard and cheetah, buffalo and other plains game. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – 3: Masai Mara

Full day game viewing with optional early morning hot air balloon ride. All meals will be served and overnight at campsite.

Day 4: Maasai Mara

Full day game viewing with optional nature walk in between the meals. All meals will be served and overnight at campsite.

Day 5: Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha / Hell’s Gate

After breakfast depart for Lake Naivasha with optional boat rides. Lunch will be served at campsite/budget hotel then proceed to Hell’s Gate National Park where you will have a chance to walk among the wild. Return to campsite/budget hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha – Lake Bogoria / Lake Baringo

After breakfast, depart for Lake Bogoria where you will visit the hot geysers and have lunch before you proceed to Lake Baringo for optional boat rides followed by dinner and overnight at campsite.

Day 7: Lake Baringo – Lake Nakuru

After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch and late afternoon proceed for game drive giving you a chance to see large flocks of flamingos, rhino, giraffe among other wild. Return to campsite/budget hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Lake Nakuru

Full day at Lake Nakuru National Park. As a Kenya safari destination, the park spans an attractive range of wooded and bush grassland around the lake offering wide ecological diversity from lake water, woodland to the rocky escarpment and ridges. Lake Nakuru National Park has a sanctuary for the Rothschild’s giraffe and the endangered black and white rhino. Other wildlife to be seen while on safari to Lake Nakuru National Park includes waterbuck, zebra and Cape buffalo, lion, leopard. Lake Nakuru National Park is home to over 400 species of birdlife and is considered to be a bird watchers paradise. Dinner and overnight at budget hotel.

Day 9: Lake Nakuru – Samburu

After breakfast depart for Samburu via the Thompson’s Falls where you will have a stopover. You will arrive in time for lunch at your campsite and late afternoon proceed for game drive. Return to campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Samburu

Full day game viewing with a chance to see the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, long necked gerenuk, Somali ostrich among other wild. All meals served and overnight at the campsite.

Day 11: Samburu – Mt.Kenya

After breakfast depart for Mt. Kenya region arriving in time for lunch at campsite/budget hotel. Afternoon proceed for a visit to the “Mau Mau” caves before returning to campsite/budget hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 12: Mt. Kenya – Amboseli

After breakfast depart for Amboseli arriving in time for lunch at campsite. Late afternoon proceed for game drive in search of gigantic elephants the park is famous for, not forgetting the views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return to campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 13 – 14: Amboseli

Full day game drive with chances of seeing Mt. Kilimanjaro on a clear day. All meals served and overnight at campsite.

Day 15: Amboseli – Tsavo West

After breakfast depart for Tsavo West where you will visit the Mzima Springs with a chance to see hippos. Arrive in time for lunch at campsite followed by late afternoon game drive before returning to campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 16: Tsavo West – Tsavo East

After breakfast proceed to Tsavo East giving you a chance to see the vast herds of dust-red elephants. You will arrive in time for lunch at campsite and late afternoon proceed for game drive then return to campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 17: Tsavo East – Mombasa

After breakfast proceed for a game drive enroute as you depart for Mombasa.

Day 18 – 20: Mombasa – Lamu – Malindi

The accommodation is half board in island hotel or similar. Full day spent to tour and explore the beach and the island, relax, and shopping. Overnight at island hotel or similar.

Day 21: Return to Nairobi

Fly back to Nairobi. End of safari.
