DAY 1:TRANSFER TO AIRPORT,FLIGHT TO AMBOSELI
Conveniently, we’ll pick you up from your hotel at 5:00 am and drive to Nairobi Wilson Airport. Your scheduled flight departs at 7:15 am on an Embraer EMB 120. You’ll arrive at Amboseli Airstrip at 8:00 am, where our driver-guide will eagerly await you with lunch and beverages. After brief formalities, you’ll begin the exploration of Amboseli. You’ll have a reasonable chance of spotting lions, leopards, cheetahs and hyenas. At noon, you’ll enjoy an authentic bush lunch providing an excellent natural ambiance preferred by people who want an exciting and unique adventure in the middle of nowhere. The area hosts its own eastern white-bearded wildebeest migration, genetically separate from the Masai Mara/Serengeti population. At 5:00 pm, you’ll begin the transfer to Elewana Tortilis Camp Amboseli for a luscious dinner and an overnight stay on a hill in a private conservancy exquisitely built with natural materials and thatched roofs with magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
DAY 2:FLIGHT TO WILSON,DRIVE TO LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
You’ll get up at first light for a full English breakfast and an early morning transfer game drive at 6:30 am. Your scheduled flight departs at 8:00 am, arriving at Wilson Airport at 8:45 am. Our driver will eagerly await your arrival, and you’ll begin the transfer to Nakuru immediately. The distance is about 150km, barely a 3-hour drive on tarmac roads with transfer game drives en route. You’ll arrive around noon for a piquant lunch with a view at The Cliff Nakuru and proceed for a romantic boat cruise in this 45 km² saline lake haven to myriads of fuchsia pink flamingos that feed on the abundant algae which thrive in warm waters. You’ll then proceed with afternoon game drives in this prime UNESCO World Heritage Site, where lions, cheetahs, and leopards dominate. At 5:00 pm, you’ll begin the drive back to the camp for a scrumptious dinner and an overnight stay at the cliff’s edge facing the lake, allowing 180° views of the panoramic paradise yet maintaining privacy.
DAY 3:LAKE NAKURU TO LAKE NAIVASHA
You’ll wake up for a full English breakfast and transfer game drives from Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha at 7:00 am. The distance is about 100km, barely a 2-hour drive. You’ll proceed for a horseback safari in Oseregoni, home to zebras, giraffes, buffaloes and over 400 species of birds. Later, you’ll depart for an unforgettable aquatic safari on Lake Naivasha. On arrival at Crescent Island, you’ll hit the trail for a guided nature walk. You’ll munch on a savory bush lunch at noon, ideally set on a beautiful bank. After the walking safari, you’ll be transferred to Enashipai Resort & Spa. You’ll depart for a night game drive at 8:00 pm. You’ll experience a different perspective of the lake and the Rift Valley Escarpment on the Kenyan side. Nocturnal predators will range in size from classy leopards to the tiny genet cat. You’ll begin the drive back to the resort around 9:00 pm for a sapid dinner and an overnight stay within the splendor of the Rift Valley by the shores of Lake Naivasha.
DAY 4:MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
You’ll have a full English breakfast and spend the morning at leisure to recuperate. You’ll proceed for the transfer game drives to Loldia Airstrip for your scheduled departure at 10:00 am. You’ll arrive at 10:45 am, leaving no stone unturned in this enclave world-renown for the annual Great Migration, where millions of wildebeests and zebras cross the Mara River. You’ll munch on a savory bush lunch at noon in this refuge for wildlife. At 5:00 pm, you’ll depart for an educative nature walk with an armed guard and a bonafide Maasai knight dressed in traditional African regalia. This nature walk is designed to offer a fascinating insight into the world of African trees, insects and birds. After the informative walking safari, you’ll be transferred to a Maasai village. Later, you’ll head to Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara for a delectable dinner and an overnight stay in Olare Orok Conservancy on the banks of Ntiakitiak River, boasting panoramic views of the savannah.
DAY 5:FLIGHT TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
You’ll get up at the first flush of the morning for a full English breakfast and game drives at 6:30 am in one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Lionized for the Great Migration, the park is the only protected area with an indigenous population of the endangered black rhinos. African wild dogs are rare because of the stiff competition from the honchos of the jungle, the golden lions, who often decimate their populations. The Mara ecosystem, spanning across Serengeti and Ngorongoro, has one of the highest densities of predators. Later, you’ll be transferred to Ol Kiombo for departure on your scheduled flight at 8:00 am to Seronera. You’ll arrive around 11:00 am. You’ll enjoy a bush lunch in this hideaway at noon before proceeding for an afternoon game drive. At 5:00 pm, you’ll begin the cruise to Four Seasons Safari Lodge for a finger-licking dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of the secluded savannah close to a neighboring waterhole with panoramic landscape views.
DAY 6 :FULL GAME DRIVES AT SERENGETI AND NGORONGORO CRATER
You’ll be up early for a full English breakfast and full-day game drives at 7:00 am. You’ll get to explore a different part of the vast Serengeti en route to Ngorongoro Crater. You’ll descend to the crater’s floor, often described as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” You’ll have a great chance of spotting lions, as there’s a higher density here than anywhere else, along with leopards and cheetahs! You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in this wilderness at noon on the crater’s floor. The crater has formed its unique ecosystem due to its enclosed nature and is one place where you can certainly tick all the boxes. It has sublime scenery, abundant wildlife, its distinctive Lerai Forest comprised of yellow fever trees and Lake Magadi, a shallow soda lake. At 5:00 pm, you’ll begin to step on it to Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro for a decadent dinner and an overnight stay on an elegant up-country farm home that blends East African hospitality with old-world Afro-European architecture and décor.
DAY 7 :HORSEBACK EXCURSIONS,GAME DRIVES IN NGORONGORO,FLIGHT TO ZANZIBAR & TRANSFER TO HOTEL
You’ll wake up early for a full English breakfast, a horseback excursion and game drives at 7:00 am. You’ll relish this great expedition with elegant horses for about an hour, and regardless if you’re an amateur or an expert rider, there’s an excellent experience for everyone. You will get to traverse the crater highlands of nine large volcanic complexes, then proceed for the transfer game drive to Lake Manyara Airstrip for your scheduled flight at noon. You’ll arrive in Zanzibar at 2:30 pm. Our driver will then transfer you from Zanzibar Airport to your hotel anywhere on the island.
