Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Your Kenya Safari Tours adventure begins upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. A safari representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel where you can relax after your journey.
Spend the rest of the day enjoying the peaceful atmosphere at Sarova Panafric while preparing for the exciting safari ahead. This comfortable hotel provides a perfect introduction to Kenya’s warm hospitality and vibrant culture.

Day 2: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, depart Nairobi and travel north toward Samburu National Reserve, passing through scenic highland landscapes and rural communities along the way.
Arrive at Samburu Sopa Lodge in time for lunch before heading out for your first afternoon game drive. Samburu is famous for rare wildlife species such as Grevy’s zebra and Somali ostrich. After exploring the reserve, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full Day in Samburu National Reserve
Today you will spend a full day exploring Samburu as part of your Kenya Safari Tours experience. Morning and afternoon game drives will take you across the reserve’s rugged landscapes and along the Ewaso Nyiro River.
Your guide will help you search for the “Samburu Special Five”: reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, Beisa oryx, and the long-necked gerenuk. Between game drives you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation before heading out again in the afternoon.

Day 4: Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, depart Samburu and travel south toward Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of Kenya’s most important wildlife conservation areas.
Upon arrival at Serena Sweetwaters Camp, enjoy lunch before visiting the Chimpanzee Sanctuary where rescued chimpanzees are cared for and protected. Later, relax at the camp while enjoying views of wildlife that frequently visit the nearby waterhole.

Day 5: Ol Pejeta to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, continue your Kenya Safari Tours journey to Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge in time for lunch before departing for an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is famous for its rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and abundant birdlife including flamingos that often gather along the lake’s shores.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and travel toward the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, stop briefly in Narok town before continuing to the reserve.
Arrive at Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge in time for lunch before heading out on your first game drive across the Mara’s vast savannah plains. Look out for lions, elephants, buffalo, and many other animals before returning to the lodge for dinner.

Day 7: Full Day in Maasai Mara
Today is dedicated to exploring the incredible wildlife of the Maasai Mara during your Kenya Safari Tours adventure.
Enjoy a full day of game viewing with picnic lunches in the park while searching for the Big Five. During migration season you may witness dramatic river crossings as thousands of wildebeests and zebras attempt to cross the Mara River.

Day 8: Maasai Mara to Nairobi
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive as you depart the Maasai Mara. This last safari offers one more opportunity to see wildlife before leaving the reserve.
Continue the scenic drive back to Nairobi where you will be dropped off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, marking the end of your memorable Kenya Safari Tours experience.
