Begin your hike through dense rainforest along a well-defined trail. The walk covers about 8 km and offers a gradual ascent.

Arrive at Met Station (3,050m) in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

After breakfast, continue your hike as you leave the forest behind and enter moorland terrain. The landscape opens up with wide views.

The trail becomes more challenging as you pass through boggy sections and ascend steadily toward higher altitude. The hike takes about 6–7 hours.

Wake up early at around 2:00 am for the summit attempt. Begin the climb through scree and rocky terrain toward Point Lenana.

Descend back to Met Station for dinner and overnight stay after a long but rewarding day.

After breakfast, begin your descent through forest trails toward Naromoru Gate. The walk is gentle and relaxing.
