Day 1 – Welcome to Central Kalahari Game Reserve

After approximately two hours, arrive in the famous Deception Valley area where your safari camp will be set up in the heart of the wilderness. During the green season following summer rains, the northern regions of the reserve become alive with wildlife gathering around lush grazing areas.

Day 2 – Sunday Pan & Passarge Valley Exploration

Later, return to camp via Leopard Pan for lunch and relaxation before another afternoon safari to Deception Pan where you can witness a spectacular Kalahari sunset.

Day 3 – Farewell to the Kalahari
Your final morning on this unforgettable Africa Safari Holiday begins at dawn with coffee, tea, and rusks before departing on an early game drive through the reserve.
Morning hours offer excellent opportunities to spot predators including cheetahs, lions, and leopards as they remain active during the cool desert temperatures.
After your final safari experience, return to camp for a warm shower and hearty breakfast before beginning the scenic journey back to Maun.
Along the route, keep your camera ready as the Kalahari often provides surprise wildlife sightings and breathtaking scenery right until the very end of the safari.
Arrive in Maun during the afternoon where you will either transfer to your hotel or continue onward to other iconic Botswana destinations such as the Okavango Delta or Moremi Game Reserve.
