Day 1: Windhoek to Etosha National Park East
Upon arrival at Windhoek International Airport, collect your rental vehicle and begin your self-drive safari adventure to Etosha National Park. Travel north through Namibia’s scenic landscapes toward Onguma Bush Camp, where you will stay for the next two nights.
Along the way, stop in Otjiwarongo where you can visit the famous crocodile farm and enjoy a delicious meal before continuing your journey to Etosha.
The drive from Windhoek International Airport to Etosha takes approximately 5–6 hours. If your arrival flight lands late in the afternoon, an overnight stay in Windhoek may be required.

Day 2: Etosha East Game Safari
After breakfast, enjoy an exciting guided safari in an open safari vehicle with one of Onguma Bush Camp’s professional guides. Explore the eastern side of Etosha National Park while searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, antelope species, and many birds.
Return to the lodge in time for lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing by the swimming pool while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Dinner will be served at the lodge as you reflect on the day’s incredible wildlife experiences.

Day 3: Etosha National Park South
After breakfast, continue your self-drive safari through Etosha National Park toward Etosha Safari Lodge where you will stay for the next two nights.
Drive through the park while enjoying excellent wildlife viewing opportunities along the way. Stop at Halali Camp for lunch and visit its famous waterhole before continuing south.
Arrive at Etosha Safari Lodge in the afternoon and relax before dinner.

Day 4: Etosha South Game Safari
After breakfast, enjoy another guided game drive into Etosha National Park in an open safari vehicle. Explore different sections of the park and continue searching for Namibia’s incredible wildlife.
Return to the lodge for lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure relaxing by the pool while watching the beautiful African sunset.
Dinner will be served at the lodge.

Day 5: Departure
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Windhoek International Airport for your departure flight. Please book your outbound flight for the late afternoon as the drive from Etosha Safari Lodge to the airport takes approximately five hours.
