Large animals are just one aspect of a wildlife safari in the Caribbean; there are also fantastic opportunities for birdwatching. There are hundreds of bird species to observe in these diverse environments, which range from wetlands to savannas. Guides offer insightful information on the local plant life, explaining how indigenous communities utilize plants, their role as food or medicine for animals, and their impact on the ecosystem.

 Cultural & Recreation Facilities

To provide visitors with an understanding of the region’s cultural heritage, certain safaris incorporate cultural performances, including indigenous music, dances, and ceremonies. Visitors can also stop by craft fairs, where regional artists offer handcrafted items such as fabrics, jewelry, carvings, and other one-of-a-kind mementos. Often referred to as the “golden hour,” the early morning or late afternoon light is ideal for photographing animals in dramatic lighting.

The Lavender Garden Hotel is surrounded by numerous safari locations that prioritize ecotourism and conservation. Learning about wildlife conservation initiatives and the significance of preserving endangered species is frequently encouraged for visitors.
