Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
You’ll be picked up from your hotel or the airport in Nairobi and taken to Wilson Airport for your morning flight to Samburu. After a 1.5-hour flight, you’ll arrive at the Samburu airstrip, where your lodge’s driver will meet you. You’ll be taken to Ashnil Samburu Camp to check in and enjoy some leisure time before lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll head out on your first game drive to explore Samburu’s wildlife. You’ll return to the lodge in time for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu
Start the day early with a morning game drive, when animals are most active. Afterward, return to the lodge for breakfast and relax for the rest of the morning. You can enjoy the pool or join optional activities like guided nature walks (some at extra cost). After lunch, you’ll go on another game drive in the late afternoon. Return to the lodge by evening for dinner and possibly some entertainment.

Day 3: Samburu to Nairobi
Enjoy an early morning game drive, then return for breakfast and check out. You’ll be transferred back to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi (around 1.5 hours). Transfers from Wilson Airport to other locations in Nairobi can be arranged for an extra fee.
