Day 1 – Arrival in Windhoek
Arrive in Windhoek and check in at The Olive Exclusive, a comfortable and elegant guesthouse with a great restaurant. In the afternoon, your 4×4 vehicle (Ford Ranger or similar) will be delivered, and a local team member will review your itinerary, driving routes, and provide a travel pack including maps and emergency contact details.

Day 2 – Drive to Okonjima Nature Reserve
After breakfast, drive north to the Okonjima Nature Reserve, home of the AfriCat Foundation. Arrive in time for lunch and optional afternoon activities such as predator tracking (at extra cost). The reserve is famous for its population of leopards, hyenas, and other wildlife.

Day 3 – To Eastern Etosha National Park
Enjoy a morning activity at Okonjima (optional), then head further north to Etosha National Park. Stay at Mushara Outpost, a luxurious tented camp just outside the park’s eastern gate. You may explore the park independently or book a guided game drive.

Day 4 – Safari in Eastern Etosha
Spend the full day exploring Etosha National Park. Drive yourself between waterholes or join a guided safari for a more in-depth experience. Etosha offers excellent chances to see elephants, lions, rhinos, and large herds of antelope.

Day 5 – Drive to Central Etosha
Journey west through the park, treating the drive as a full game-viewing day. Arrive at Okaukuejo, famous for its floodlit waterhole that attracts wildlife day and night.

Day 6 – Safari in Central Etosha
Spend your day exploring the southern region of Etosha, either independently or with a guided safari. Enjoy wildlife sightings around the camp’s waterhole in the evening as animals gather to drink.

Day 7 – Travel to Damaraland
Begin your journey south to the rugged beauty of Damaraland. Arrive at Doro Nawas Camp, a great base to explore the surrounding desert landscapes and wildlife.

Day 8 – Explore Damaraland
Today, take part in a guided drive in search of the famous desert-adapted elephants or visit the ancient rock engravings of Twyfelfontein. Activities can be arranged through the lodge.

Day 9 – Drive to the Erongo Mountains
Continue south to Ai Aiba Lodge, nestled in the foothills of the Erongo Mountains. Explore the area’s rock paintings or take part in a guided walk or nature drive.

Day 10 – Return to Windhoek for Final Night
Drive back toward Windhoek for your final night at the luxurious Omaanda Lodge, located in a private conservancy. Optional activities include rhino tracking or spending sunrise with a meerkat family.

Day 11 – Departure
Drive to Windhoek Airport in time for your flight. Return the rental car and check in for your journey home.
