Day 1: Check-in and Evening Game Drive Experience
Arrival at Bundox Explorer Camp is either by self-drive or arranged transfer from Johannesburg or Hoedspruit Airport. Check-in takes place in the early afternoon, followed by time to settle into your tented accommodation overlooking the bushveld. The camp offers a peaceful off-grid setting, with private decks and en-suite facilities designed to blend comfort with nature.
Later in the afternoon, guests gather at the main area for tea and coffee before heading out on the first game drive. This evening drive explores the private concession within Olifants West, with a scenic sundowner stop in the bush. As the sun sets, wildlife activity increases, offering opportunities to spot elephants, antelope, and possibly predators. The day ends with dinner at camp and a relaxed night under the African sky.

Day 2: Full Safari Day in Olifants West
The day begins with coffee and tea before setting off on an early morning game drive. This is one of the best times to see wildlife in action, as animals are most active in the cool morning hours. A coffee stop is enjoyed in the bush before returning to camp for breakfast.
Midday is spent at leisure, relaxing at camp or enjoying the peaceful surroundings. After lunch, guests prepare for the afternoon game drive, which explores different areas of the concession. A sundowner stop is included before returning to camp after sunset.
Dinner is served either in the dining area or around the traditional boma fire, creating a warm and atmospheric end to the day in the wilderness.

Day 3: Final Safari and Departure
The final morning begins with coffee and tea before heading out on a last game drive through the reserve. This final safari offers another opportunity to experience Africa Safari Tours at its most natural, with wildlife active in the early light of day. A bush coffee stop is included before returning to camp.
After breakfast, check-out follows and guests depart Bundox Explorer Camp with memories of an authentic bush experience in the Greater Kruger region.
