3-Day Mount Kenya Hiking – Sirimon Route

Highlights

Mount Kenya is Africa’s second-highest mountain after Mount Kilimanjaro. It is one of the best mountains to climb for both beginners and experienced hikers. The Sirimon Route is the most popular route because it is on the drier side of the mountain and offers a steady and comfortable ascent.
This 3-day trek takes you through beautiful forest, open moorland, and high mountain valleys. You will see unique plants, wildlife, and stunning views of peaks and glaciers. The journey also gives you a chance to reach Point Lenana (4,985m), the most accessible summit.
This short trek is perfect for travelers with limited time who still want a true mountain adventure.
