Details Itinerary

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up in Nairobi at 7:30 am by your professional safari guide before departing for the world-renowned Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley while enjoying beautiful landscapes en route to Kenya’s premier wildlife reserve. After a lunch stop along the journey, continue directly into the reserve for an exciting afternoon game drive.

The Maasai Mara is famous for its exceptional wildlife density and is one of the best places in Africa to spot the Big Five — lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos — alongside cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and countless antelope species.

Dinner and overnight stay at Elangata Olerai Tented Camp.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive through the spectacular plains of Maasai Mara.

Covering over 1,500 square kilometers, the reserve offers year-round wildlife viewing and hosts the incredible Great Migration, where more than two million wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles move across the ecosystem in search of greener pastures.

Throughout the day, your safari guide will help track wildlife while sharing insights about the Mara’s rich ecosystem and animal behavior.

After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara and travel toward the Isebania border for immigration and Tanzania visa formalities.

Continue into Serengeti National Park and proceed toward the northern Serengeti near the Mara River, one of the best areas to witness dramatic migration river crossings.

The Serengeti is home to one of the world’s greatest wildlife spectacles, with over 1.5 million wildebeests migrating across the endless plains while predators such as crocodiles, lions, hyenas, and leopards closely follow the herds.

Enjoy a morning game drive in northern Serengeti before traveling toward the central Serengeti region.

The Serengeti ecosystem is one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife areas, renowned for its vast open plains, predator-rich habitats, and incredible game viewing opportunities. Along the way, you may encounter elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, and large herds of migrating animals.

After breakfast, continue with a half-day game drive in central Serengeti before departing for the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

After breakfast, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable crater game drive.
