Your adventure begins with a 7:00 am pick-up from Windhoek Truckport by the shuttle transfer service. The 5-hour journey to Sesriem covers 345 km and passes through scenic landscapes including the impressive Naukluft Mountains and the breathtaking Spreetshoogte Pass. Along the way, you’ll pass through the iconic “Window Bridge” viewpoint and enjoy changing scenery as you descend into the Namib Desert.

Today starts early with a guided Sossusvlei tour. You’ll climb Big Daddy, one of the tallest dunes in the world, and walk across the sands to reach the surreal Dead Vlei, dotted with ancient camelthorn trees. You’ll also visit Sesriem Canyon, a natural wonder carved by water over millennia. This tour includes entrance fees, brunch, and refreshments, and lasts 5–6 hours.

Return to the lodge for a relaxed afternoon and dinner.

Accommodation: The Desert Grace

After breakfast, you’ll begin your return journey via the Tropic of Capricorn and Kuiseb Canyon, stopping for lunch at the Walvis Bay Lagoon, famous for its flamingos and scenic beauty. Your tour ends in Swakopmund, a charming coastal town where you can continue your Namibian adventure or relax by the Atlantic Ocean.

This itinerary can also run in reverse—starting from Swakopmund and ending in Windhoek.
