Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Your Tanzania Trip begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha. You will drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day safari. Tarangire is celebrated for its massive herds of elephants, towering baobab trees, and predator sightings, including lions and leopards.
The Tarangire River provides a lifeline for wildlife, especially during the dry season, attracting giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and over 500 bird species. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your game drive until evening. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Ngedere Campsite, offering a rustic experience under the star-filled African sky.

Day 2: Mto wa Mbu – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, your Tanzania Trip continues as you drive through the scenic highlands of Karatu and pass the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to Serengeti National Park. As you enter the endless plains, the vastness of Africa’s wilderness unfolds before you.
The central Serengeti, known as Seronera, is one of the park’s richest wildlife regions. Here, the Seronera River attracts predators and herbivores alike, offering world-class game viewing. You’ll arrive for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning to camp for dinner and overnight at Nyani Campsite, surrounded by the raw sounds of the wild.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Rise early for a morning game drive in the Serengeti, one of the most thrilling parts of your Tanzania Trip. This is the best time to spot predators returning from a night’s hunt. Expect to see lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and wildebeests moving across the plains.
After a packed lunch, you’ll begin your drive toward the Ngorongoro Highlands with an en-route game drive. By evening, you’ll arrive at Simba Campsite, perched on the crater rim, where sweeping views of Ngorongoro Crater await. Dinner will be served before settling in for the night in the cool highland air.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha City
After breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the “Garden of Eden” for its dense concentration of wildlife. Your 5–6 hour game drive will take you across diverse habitats, including grasslands, forests, and lakeshores.
Expect encounters with black rhinos, lions, elephants, zebras, wildebeests, and possibly even a rare leopard sighting. After a picnic lunch inside the crater, you’ll ascend back to the rim and return to Arusha by early evening, marking the end of your 6 Days Tanzania Trip.
