Details Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, your guide will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Depending on your arrival time, you may opt for a short city tour of Kampala to explore cultural sites and markets. Relax and prepare for your upcoming Africa Safari Tour Package.

Accommodation: Boma Hotel

After breakfast, depart for Lake Mburo National Park with a stop at the Equator for photographs. Along the way, enjoy game viewing with zebras, impalas, and elands. Arrive in time for lunch and later enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Mburo, where hippos, crocodiles, and waterbirds like the African finfoot and papyrus bush shrike thrive.

Wake up early for a morning game drive to spot Uganda kobs, zebras, and other wildlife. After breakfast, proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to over 400 mountain gorillas. The journey offers breathtaking scenery through the Kigezi Hills, often called the โ€œSwitzerland of Africa.โ€ Arrive in the evening and relax at your lodge.

After breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before setting off into the forest for gorilla trekking. This once-in-a-lifetime experience can last 2โ€“8 hours depending on gorilla movement, but the reward of observing these gentle giants is unforgettable. Spend an hour with them before returning to your lodge for rest and dinner.

After breakfast, depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha sector, famous for tree-climbing lions. On arrival, check into your lodge and later enjoy an evening game drive to spot elephants, buffaloes, bushbucks, and warthogs. This park is one of Ugandaโ€™s most biodiverse destinations.

Begin the day with a sunrise game drive through Kasenyi Plains, home to lions, elephants, and antelopes. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, renowned for its large hippo populations, crocodiles, buffaloes, and over 600 bird species.

After breakfast, transfer to Kibale Forest National Park, home to 13 primate species including chimpanzees, red colobus monkeys, and vervet monkeys. Stop for lunch in Fort Portal while enjoying views of the Rwenzori Mountains. In the afternoon, you may begin your chimpanzee trekking adventure or relax at your lodge.

After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park. On arrival, visit the top of Murchison Falls, where the mighty Nile squeezes through a 7-meter gorge, plunging into a thunderous cascade. Check into your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Start with a morning game drive across the savannah plains, where lions, leopards, giraffes, elephants, and buffaloes roam. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch, then enjoy an afternoon boat ride along the Victoria Nile. Spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and waterbirds as you cruise to the base of the falls.

After breakfast, travel to Jinja, stopping at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for guided rhino tracking. Continue to Jinja and visit the source of the Nile River, one of Africaโ€™s most iconic landmarks. This scenic location offers opportunities for photography and relaxation by the water.

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Kampala. Depending on your flight schedule, your guide will drop you at your hotel or Entebbe International Airport, marking the end of your incredible Africa Safari Tour Package.
