Day 1: Arrival in Arusha โ Tanzania
Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport where your guide will warmly welcome you. Transfer to your hotel in Arusha and settle in. Depending on your arrival time, you can enjoy an optional city tour or coffee experience. Relax in the cool breeze of Kilimanjaro land before your adventure begins.

Day 2: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, head to the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, home to one of the densest populations of wildlife in Africa. Enjoy breathtaking scenery of forests, soda lakes, open plains, and swamps. Spot rhinos, elephants, lions, and other predators in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Picnic lunch is provided before you return to your lodge for dinner.

Day 3: Full Day in Ngorongoro Crater
Spend the day exploring the worldโs largest intact volcanic caldera. Ngorongoroโs self-sustaining ecosystem offers exceptional wildlife viewing, from herds of wildebeest and zebra to predators like cheetahs and hyenas. Capture stunning photographs of this natural wonder before heading back to your lodge.

Day 4: Ngorongoro โ Serengeti National Park
Journey into the endless plains of the Serengeti, where over two million wildebeest, zebra, and gazelles roam. Depending on the season, you may witness the dramatic calving season or the great river crossings. Serengeti is also home to big cats, giraffes, elephants, and countless bird species.

Day 5: Serengeti Full Day Exploration
Immerse yourself in the Serengeti wilderness with a full day of game drives. Track the Great Migration, watch predator-prey interactions, and marvel at vast landscapes dotted with acacias. From crocodile-filled rivers to lion prides in the savannah, every moment promises adventure.

Day 6: Serengeti โ Masai Mara, Kenya
Depart Serengeti with a morning game drive en route to the Isebania border. After crossing into Kenya, continue into the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in the evening for an en-route game drive before checking into your lodge for dinner.

Day 7: Masai Mara Game Viewing & Hot Air Balloon Safari
Rise early for an optional hot air balloon safari (extra cost), floating above the Maraโs grasslands, rivers, and wildlife. Continue with full-day game drives, tracking elephants, lions, cheetahs, and the vast herds of wildebeest during migration season. The Masai Mara is a highlight of all Africa Safari Tours.

Day 8: Masai Mara โ Flight to Entebbe, Uganda
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in the Masai Mara. Then transfer to Nairobi for your flight to Entebbe, Uganda. Upon arrival, meet your Ugandan guide and transfer to your lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Day 9: Entebbe โ Kibale Forest & Bigodi Walk
Travel to Kibale Forest National Park, known as the primate capital of the world. Arrive in time for lunch before enjoying a Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary walk, where you can see monkeys, birds, and local village life.

Day 10: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest
Early morning, head into Kibale Forest for chimpanzee trekking. Spend an hour observing these playful primates and enjoy sightings of other monkeys and bird species. Afternoon at leisure or optional crater lakes exploration.

Day 11: Kibale โ Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast, transfer south to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to half of the worldโs mountain gorillas. Arrive in the late afternoon, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trek. Evening entertainment includes a Batwa cultural performance.

Day 12: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi & Lake Bunyonyi
Today is the highlight of your safari. Begin with a briefing at park headquarters, then trek into the dense forest to find your assigned gorilla family. Spend one unforgettable hour with these gentle giants, observing their behavior and taking photos. In the evening, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, Ugandaโs most scenic lake with 29 islands.

Day 13: Return to Kampala/Entebbe โ Departure
