Details Itinerary

Depart at 7:30 a.m. with stops at the Equator, Eclipse Monument in Biharwe, and an aerial view of Lake Bunyonyi. Enjoy lunch at Igongo Cultural Centre and scenic views of Mt. Muhavura before arriving in Kisoro.

After breakfast, transfer to Mgahinga National Park for your gorilla trekking experience. Trek through the forest (1–4 hours) to find a gorilla family and spend an hour observing them. You’ll receive a trekking certificate after the experience. Relax in the evening with access to the hotel’s health club, steam bath, or sauna.

Start your day with a boat cruise on Lake Mutanda, visiting birding sites, Volcanoes viewpoints, and the legendary Punishment Island. Later, take part in a local coffee tour, where you’ll learn the process from bean to cup and taste various roast levels. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
