Day 2: White-Water Rafting on the Nile, Jinja
After breakfast, drive to Jinja, the adventure capital of East Africa. Today you’ll take part in white-water rafting on the Nile, one of the most thrilling rafting spots in the world. Depending on your preference, enjoy a full- or half-day experience, covering up to 31 km of rapids. A delicious barbeque lunch and complimentary drinks follow. Return to Entebbe for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Journey northwest with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track Uganda’s reintroduced rhinos. Continue to Masindi for lunch before entering Murchison Falls National Park. Visit the dramatic “Top of the Falls” viewpoint, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow 7-meter gorge before plunging 45 meters. Later, check into your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Game Drives & Nile Boat Cruise in Murchison Falls
Begin your day with a sunrise game drive on the northern bank of the Nile. Spot elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and if lucky, leopards. Return to your lodge for lunch, then take a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile to the base of the falls. Along the way, you’ll see crocodiles, hippos, elephants, and prolific birdlife including the rare shoebill stork. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 5: Drive to Kibale Forest National Park
Enjoy a scenic drive through Hoima and Fort Portal, passing tea plantations and lush countryside. Stop for lunch in Fort Portal before arriving at Kibale National Park, home to 13 species of primates. Relax at your lodge with views of the tropical forest.

Day 6: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Walk
After breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a chimpanzee trekking adventure. Track these playful primates through Kibale’s forest while spotting red colobus, vervet monkeys, and diverse birdlife. Spend an hour observing chimp behavior before returning for lunch. In the afternoon, take a community-guided walk through Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, famous for birdlife and cultural encounters.

Day 7: Fort Portal Caves, Craters & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP
Explore the Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru caves, steeped in local legend, followed by hikes around the crater lakes. Visit the Tooro Kingdom Palace before driving to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views of the Rwenzori Mountains.

Day 8: Wildlife Safari & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Start the day with a sunrise game drive across Queen Elizabeth’s savannah plains, spotting lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and Uganda kob. Return to your lodge for lunch, then embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, home to hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife. The channel is known for having one of Africa’s highest concentrations of hippos.

Day 9: Transfer to Ishasha Sector – Tree-Climbing Lions
Travel south into the Ishasha sector, famous for its rare tree-climbing lions. Keep an eye out for elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes as well. Enjoy an evening game drive before relaxing at your lodge.

Day 10: Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, journey through the Kigezi Highlands—known as the “Switzerland of Africa”—to reach Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Arrive in the afternoon and settle into your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 13: Lake Bunyonyi – Lake Mburo National Park
Depart Bunyonyi and travel to Lake Mburo National Park, known for its zebra herds and acacia-dotted savannah. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive and a boat ride on Lake Mburo, where you may see hippos, crocodiles, and over 250 bird species.

Day 14: Walking Safari in Lake Mburo – Return to Kampala
Start the day with a guided walking safari in Lake Mburo, a unique way to experience wildlife at close range. Spot zebras grazing alongside long-horned Ankole cattle and search for hyenas returning to their dens. After lunch, return to Kampala with a stop at Mpigi Royal Drum Makers and the Equator for photos.

On your final day, explore Kampala with visits to the Uganda Museum, Namirembe Cathedral, Kibuli Mosque, Owino Market, and the Buganda Kingdom Palace. Later, transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.
