Day 1: Mombasa – Ngutuni – Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
Your Kenya Safari Tour begins with an early morning departure from your coastal hotel in Mombasa, heading inland toward Ngutuni Wildlife Conservancy. The drive offers scenic views as you transition from the coast into wildlife territory.
Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through Ngutuni, where you may spot elephants, lions, antelopes, and a variety of bird species. The sanctuary’s open landscapes provide excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing.
After lunch at Ngutuni Lodge, proceed to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Check in at the iconic Salt Lick Safari Lodge, where animals gather around the waterhole. Later, enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Taita Hills – Mombasa
Begin your day early with coffee before heading out for a morning game drive. This is one of the best times to spot predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs during your Kenya Safari Tour.
Return to the lodge for breakfast while enjoying views of wildlife at the waterhole. The lodge’s unique design allows for close-up wildlife viewing even without leaving the property.
After breakfast, depart for Mombasa, arriving around midday and marking the end of your Kenya Safari Tour.
