Day 1: Kampala – Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Your Africa safari trip begins early at 7:00 am as your driver-guide picks you up from your hotel in Kampala. Drive north through Luwero and stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a memorable rhino tracking experience. Here you will encounter both black and white rhinos in their natural habitat. Continue to Masindi for lunch before heading to the park.
On arrival, drive towards the top of Murchison Falls where the Nile bursts through an 8-meter gorge with immense power, creating breathtaking scenery. Capture stunning photos and marvel at the roaring waters before transferring to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 2: Game Drive & Boat Cruise along the Nile
Wake up early for a morning game drive across the northern savannah plains of Murchison Falls. This area is teeming with wildlife, and you can expect sightings of elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and numerous bird species. Return to the lodge for lunch before setting out on an afternoon boat cruise along the Nile.
As you glide downstream, witness hippos wallowing, Nile crocodiles basking, and elephants drinking at the riverbanks. Birdwatchers will enjoy spotting bee-eaters, kingfishers, and the rare shoebill stork. The boat will take you to the base of the falls, where you’ll have the option to hike to the top for panoramic views. End the day with dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive – Return to Kampala
On the final day of your Africa safari trip, enjoy breakfast before another game drive as you exit the park. Look out for grazing antelopes, giraffes, and elephants feeding in the grasslands. Capture your last safari photos before stopping in Masindi for lunch. Continue your journey and arrive in Kampala in the evening, marking the end of your short but unforgettable African safari.
