Details Itinerary

Welcome to Uganda! Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our representative will greet you and begin your safari with a transfer to Kibale Forest National Park. Known as the primate capital of East Africa, Kibale is home to 13 primate species, including the wild chimpanzee.

Enjoy the scenic drive through rolling hills, rural villages, and tea plantations before checking in at your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Accommodation: Chimpundu Lodge

Start your day with an early breakfast before heading into the forest for a chimpanzee trekking experience. Accompanied by skilled trackers, follow the vocalizations of chimpanzees and observe their social behaviors up close.

After the trek and lunch, continue your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you’ll enjoy an evening game drive through the savannah as you arrive.

Accommodation: Mweya Safari Lodge

Rise early for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains. Look out for elephants, buffaloes, lions, Ugandan kob, topi, and more. After your game drive and lunch, head southwest to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home of the endangered mountain gorillas.

Arrive in the evening and relax at your luxury lodge, nestled in the forested hills.

Accommodation: Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp

After an early breakfast, gear up for the ultimate wildlife experience—gorilla trekking. Depending on the gorilla family’s location, the trek can take 2–8 hours. Once you find them, you’ll spend an unforgettable hour watching these gentle giants in their natural habitat.

In the afternoon, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, known for its serene beauty, dotted with islands and surrounded by terraced hills. It’s a perfect place to unwind.

Accommodation: BirdNest Resort, Lake Bunyonyi

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive back to Entebbe with a stop for lunch along the way. Arrive in time for your international flight or onward connections, marking the end of an unforgettable primate and wildlife safari.
