Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Your Kenya Safari Tour begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi along the Nairobi–Mombasa highway, passing through traditional Maasai lands and open savannah landscapes.
Arrive at Amboseli National Park in time for lunch at your lodge, followed by some relaxation while enjoying views of the surrounding plains and Mount Kilimanjaro.
In the afternoon, head out for a game drive where you may spot elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, and a wide variety of birdlife. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Spend a full day exploring Amboseli with flexible game drive options. Early morning and late afternoon drives offer the best chances to see wildlife and capture stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Visit Observation Hill for panoramic views of the park’s swamps and plains, where large herds of elephants and other animals gather.
After a day filled with wildlife encounters, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Amboseli – Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive to Tsavo West National Park, known as the “Land of Lava, Springs, and Magical Sunsets.”
Arrive in time for lunch before exploring highlights such as the Shetani Lava Flows and Mzima Springs, where crystal-clear water flows beneath volcanic rock.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive through the park’s diverse terrain, home to elephants, lions, rhinos, and other wildlife. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Tsavo West – Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary (Salt Lick)
After breakfast, continue your Kenya Safari Tour to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. The drive offers scenic views and a transition into another unique ecosystem.
Arrive at Salt Lick Safari Lodge in time for lunch. This iconic lodge is built on stilts overlooking a waterhole, providing excellent wildlife viewing directly from the property.
In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive within the sanctuary, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, and other animals. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Taita Hills – Tsavo East National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tsavo East National Park, famous for its vast open plains and red-dusted elephants.
Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Highlights include the Kanderi Swamps, where large herds of buffalo and other wildlife gather.
Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Tsavo East – Kenyan Coast
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive as you exit Tsavo East, offering one last opportunity to spot wildlife during your Kenya Safari Tour.
Continue your journey toward the Kenyan coast, with drop-off arranged in Watamu or your preferred coastal destination.
