Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Your safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Travel through the spectacular Great Rift Valley with a scenic stop at a panoramic viewpoint before continuing to Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Arrive in time for lunch at Sentrim Mara Lodge before heading out for your first exciting afternoon game drive. The Maasai Mara is renowned for its abundant wildlife including lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, and zebras. Enjoy breathtaking views of the endless savannah plains before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-Day Safari in Maasai Mara
Spend the entire day exploring the spectacular Maasai Mara ecosystem with morning and afternoon game drives. This reserve offers some of Africa’s best wildlife viewing opportunities and is home to the legendary Big Five.
Visit the famous Mara River, known for the dramatic wildebeest migration crossings, where thousands of wildebeests and zebras brave crocodile-filled waters during their annual journey. You may also choose optional experiences such as a Maasai cultural village visit or a magical sunrise hot-air balloon safari over the savannah.
Dinner and overnight stay at Sentrim Mara Lodge.
Day 3: Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara and journey through the scenic Maasai plains and the dramatic Mau Escarpment toward Lake Nakuru National Park.
Arrive in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive in this beautiful park, famous for its seasonal flamingos, rhino sanctuary, and rich birdlife. The park hosts over 450 bird species as well as white rhinos, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and leopards.
Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Lake Nakuru Lodge.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park, enjoying scenic countryside views along the journey.
Arrive in Amboseli in the afternoon and proceed for a thrilling game drive. Amboseli is internationally famous for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest mountain. Day 5: Full-Day Safari in Amboseli National Park
Enjoy a full day exploring the beauty of Amboseli National Park with flexible game drives throughout the day. Capture incredible photographs of elephants roaming freely with Mount Kilimanjaro rising in the background.
The park offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities with chances to see lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and numerous bird species. You may also choose to visit a nearby Maasai village for a cultural experience and insight into traditional Maasai life.
Return to Sentrim Amboseli Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Amboseli to Nairobi
Begin the day with an early morning game drive as the park awakens with spectacular sunrise views and active wildlife sightings. After breakfast, check out and begin your scenic drive back to Nairobi.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable Kenya safari adventure.
