You arrive at Kigali International Airport and are welcomed by a company representative. You’ll be taken to your hotel to rest, have dinner, and stay overnight.

After breakfast, your guide will meet you for a short briefing. You’ll visit Kigali city for shopping and the Kigali Genocide Memorial. Then, you drive about 5 hours to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, stopping for lunch on the way. Check into your lodge and have dinner.

Accommodation: Four Gorillas Lodge

Early breakfast, then a briefing at the ranger station. You’ll hike into the forest to find mountain gorillas and spend one hour with them. Gorilla trekking can be challenging, so wear comfortable shoes and bring essentials like water and insect repellent. After the trek, drive back to Kigali for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, drive about 2.5 hours to Akagera National Park. Check in at your lodge, have lunch, then enjoy an afternoon game drive to see animals like elephants, giraffes, and buffaloes. At sunset, take a boat trip on Lake Ihema to spot hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Start early with a morning game drive. Then, take a hot-air balloon ride for stunning views of the park and wildlife. After landing, enjoy a champagne breakfast. Spend the afternoon on more game drives looking for elephants, lions, rhinos, and many birds. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Accommodation: Ruzizi Tented Lodge

Have breakfast, then go for a full-day game drive in the northern part of the park with a picnic lunch. Afterward, drive back to Kigali. You will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport for your departure flight.
