Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll complete immigration procedures before meeting a representative from Ravina Tours and Travel. After a brief introduction, you’ll be transferred to your boutique hotel in Entebbe where you’ll stay overnight on a bed and breakfast basis.

After breakfast, depart Entebbe at around 7:30 am for Kibale National Park, known as the primate capital of the world. The scenic drive takes about six hours. After checking into your lodge and enjoying lunch, you’ll have the afternoon to explore and interact with local communities.

Start the day with chimp trekking in Kibale Forest. After a morning briefing, head into the forest with rangers and spend an hour observing chimps in their natural habitat. After lunch, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. In the evening, enjoy a game drive through the Kasenyi Plains, where lions, elephants, and antelope roam.

Early in the morning, go on a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to over 90 species of mammals and 600 bird species. In the afternoon, cruise along the Kazinga Channel, known for its large hippo population and water birds. The boat is operated by the local community to support sustainable tourism.

After breakfast, drive south through the beautiful Kigezi Highlands to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Enjoy views of rural life and natural beauty en route. Depending on your gorilla permit location, you’ll have lunch on the road and check in at your forest lodge in the evening. An optional lion monitoring experience is available at an extra cost.

After an early breakfast, you’ll head to the Uganda Wildlife Authority briefing point and join a group for the gorilla trekking experience. Hike through the forest until your ranger locates a gorilla family. You’ll spend one unforgettable hour watching these magnificent animals from a safe distance. Enjoy a packed lunch in the forest before returning for dinner.

Take a relaxed morning before heading to Lake Mburo National Park. On the way, stop in Mbarara to try a traditional Ugandan “rolex” (rolled egg and chapati). After checking in near the park, you’ll enjoy an evening game drive. Optional night drives are available for better chances of spotting nocturnal animals.

After breakfast, enjoy a guided walking safari through Lake Mburo National Park, where you’ll spot zebras, antelopes, and various bird species. Later, drive back to Entebbe with a stop at the equator for photos. Your tour ends upon arrival in Entebbe. A day room can be arranged upon request at extra cost.
