Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe and Transfer to Accommodation
Upon your evening arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a Ravina Safaris guide-driver. You’ll be transferred to your hotel in Entebbe for an overnight stay to rest before your adventure begins.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park with Rhino Tracking at Ziwa Sanctuary
After breakfast, you’ll depart for Murchison Falls National Park, a 5-6 hour scenic drive with stops for refreshments. En route, visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a rare rhino trekking experience. Upon arrival, visit the top of Murchison Falls to witness the Nile River squeeze through a narrow gorge with thunderous roar and stunning rainbow spray. Later, enjoy an evening game drive before checking into your lodge.

Day 3: Murchison Falls Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Safari
Start your day with an early morning game drive across Murchison Falls’ rolling plains to spot lions, giraffes, elephants, and more, including bird species like the secretary bird. After lunch at the lodge, embark on a boat safari to the base of the falls to see hippos, crocodiles, and diverse water birds.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park
After breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest National Park, famous for its chimpanzee population. Along the way, enjoy scenic stops at tea plantations and lunch. Arrive at Kibale in the evening for dinner and rest.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking, Bigodi Swamp Walk, and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Begin with a guided chimpanzee trek in Kibale Forest, observing chimpanzees in their natural habitat for an hour. Afterward, enjoy a guided walk through Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary, home to various primates and over 200 bird species, including the Great Blue Turaco. After lunch, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying views of the “Mountains of the Moon” en route.

Day 6: Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Bwindi via Ishasha Sector
Enjoy an early breakfast and morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth, spotting unique tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector. Continue your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, stopping for lunch along the way. Arrive at Bwindi, home of the endangered mountain gorillas.

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Trail Experience
After breakfast, head to park headquarters for a ranger briefing, then trek through Bwindi’s dense rainforest to find a mountain gorilla family. Spend an unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants. Enjoy a packed lunch in the forest before returning to the lodge. In the afternoon, experience the Batwa trail with cultural dances and local interactions.

Day 8: Flight Transfer Back to Entebbe
After breakfast, transfer to Kisoro Airstrip for a light aircraft flight back to Entebbe. Departure times may vary, so your lodge will provide details the night before. From Entebbe, continue your onward journey or flight home.
