Day 1-2: Meru National Park
Your safari begins with a warm welcome in Nairobi and a drive to Meru National Park. After checking into your luxury lodge, you’ll enjoy your first afternoon game drive. Meru is peaceful and less crowded, offering rich wildlife including elephants, lions, and giraffes. On Day 2, you’ll explore more of the park on morning and afternoon drives and visit Elsa the lioness’s grave, made famous by Born Free.

Day 3-4: Samburu National Reserve
Travel north to Samburu National Reserve, home to unique species known as the “Samburu Special Five.” You’ll settle into a luxury riverside lodge and enjoy game drives along the Ewaso Nyiro River. Day 4 is dedicated to more exploration with optional cultural visits to a Samburu village.

Day 5: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Head south to Ol Pejeta, a leading conservation reserve. Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and meet rare animals like the last two northern white rhinos and Baraka the blind black rhino. The day ends with a classic safari across Ol Pejeta’s plains.

Day 6-7: Lake Nakuru National Park
Journey into the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru. You’ll explore the park’s woodlands and shores, home to flamingos, rhinos, and Rothschild’s giraffes. Day 7 offers more in-depth drives and stunning views from the escarpment.

Day 8-10: Masai Mara National Reserve
Travel into the Masai Mara, known for its golden savannahs and big cat sightings. You’ll enjoy multiple game drives and, if in season, witness the Great Migration. Optional hot air balloon rides or walking safaris can be arranged.

Day 11-13: Serengeti National Park

Day 14: Ngorongoro Crater
Travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After a picnic lunch, descend into the crater for a game drive among dense wildlife including rhinos, lions, and hippos.

Day 15-16: Lake Manyara & Tarangire National Parks
Start at Lake Manyara with a game drive in its lush forests where tree-climbing lions dwell. Then continue to Tarangire, home to ancient baobabs and large elephant herds. Day 16 is spent exploring Tarangire’s unique ecosystem.

Day 17-18: Tsavo West & East National Parks
Re-enter Kenya via the Taveta border and begin your Tsavo adventure. Explore the volcanic terrain, Mzima Springs, and Shetani Lava Flow. Enjoy abundant wildlife in this raw and wild safari region.

Day 19-20: Amboseli National Park
Drive to Amboseli, with Mount Kilimanjaro as your backdrop. The park is known for large tusked elephants and stunning views. Spend two days on game drives and soaking up Amboseli’s dramatic landscapes.

Day 21: Return to Nairobi
After breakfast, enjoy your final scenic drive back to Nairobi. You’ll be dropped at your hotel or the airport. Your journey ends, but the memories and connection to Africa will last forever.
