This short but immersive safari offers the perfect introduction to Botswana’s famous Chobe National Park. Staying at Chobe River Lodge, a small and intimate property with only 12 rooms, you’ll enjoy game drives and boat cruises along the Chobe River. With its prime location in Kasane—just minutes from the park—you’ll get front-row access to one of Africa’s most wildlife-rich regions.

Day 1: Arrival & First Safari on the Chobe River

You’ll arrive at Kasane Airport, where a representative will meet and transfer you to Chobe River Lodge. This boutique lodge sits right on the riverbank and offers a peaceful, personal atmosphere. After checking in, you’ll head out for your first safari—either a game drive or a boat cruise in Chobe National Park. A sunset boat cruise is highly recommended to experience elephants and hippos from the water.Accommodation: Chobe River Lodge

Day 2: Full Day of Wildlife Viewing

Start your day early with a morning safari activity of your choice—either a game drive or another boat cruise. After exploring, return to the lodge for brunch and a midday rest. In the afternoon, you’ll head out again on another shared safari activity before returning for dinner. The Chobe region is known for its large elephant herds, buffalo, lions, and vibrant birdlife, all easily spotted during your drives and cruises.

Day 3: Departure from Kasane

After your final breakfast at the lodge, you’ll be transferred back to Kasane Airport for your onward journey. If your flight departs later in the day, you can opt to add an extra morning game activity (at additional cost).
