Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve
Your safari begins with a warm welcome in Nairobi. After a brief orientation, embark on a scenic drive to Masai Mara. Along the way, you’ll stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to admire panoramic views and take photos of this geological wonder.
Arrive at Mara Maisha Camp in time for a hot lunch. In the afternoon, go on your first game drive, where you’ll spot elephants, lions, giraffes, antelopes, and possibly even the elusive leopard. As the sun sets over the vast savannah, return to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of the wild.
Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara
After breakfast, set off on a full-day game drive with packed picnic lunch boxes. Spend the day deep in the reserve, exploring its rolling grasslands and riverbanks. If you’re traveling during migration season (July–October), this is your best chance to see thousands of wildebeest crossing the Mara River — often chased by crocodiles or big cats.
Break for lunch at a scenic spot in the bush, then continue your wildlife search throughout the afternoon. As the day winds down, return to camp for dinner and another restful night surrounded by nature.
Day 3: Masai Mara to Nairobi
Enjoy a final breakfast at camp before checking out. On your drive back to Nairobi, you have the optional opportunity to visit a Maasai village (extra cost) and learn about their traditions, dances, and nomadic lifestyle. Make a few stops along the way before arriving in the city. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel or airport, marking the end of your magical Kenyan safari.
