Day 1: Nairobi to Meru National Park
Your safari begins with a pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or airport. You’ll drive through scenic central Kenya towns such as Thika, Karatina, and Meru, arriving in time for an early lunch at Ikweta Safari Camp. After a short rest, head out for your first game drive in Meru National Park. Known for its rich biodiversity and wild, untamed beauty, you’ll spot a wide range of wildlife and birds. Return to camp for dinner, a bonfire under the stars, and overnight.

Day 2: Full-Day Safari in Meru National Park
After breakfast, set out with packed picnic lunch for a full day of exploration. Drive across rivers, open plains, and scenic valleys in search of elephants, lions, leopards, and rare species like the Grevy’s zebra and Beisa oryx. Highlights include a visit to Adamson’s Falls and the historic site of Joy and George Adamson’s former home — an unforgettable part of Kenya’s conservation legacy. After a full day in the wild, return to camp for dinner, storytelling by the bonfire, and overnight stay.

Day 3: Meru to Nairobi
Start the day with a final early morning game drive to catch the sunrise and perhaps spot predators on the hunt. After breakfast at the camp, check out and begin your drive back to Nairobi.
