You will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi and driven through the scenic Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara. Along the way, stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint for photos before continuing to the reserve. Upon arrival, you’ll have lunch and go on your first introductory game drive, where you may spot elephants, antelope, and big cats. Return to Alama Camp Mara in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. Explore the vast savannahs in search of large herds of herbivores, stealthy cheetahs, and elusive leopards. Enjoy your picnic lunch near the Mara River—the dramatic stage for the wildebeest migration. Continue your game drive into the afternoon before heading back to camp for dinner and overnight at Alama Camp Mara.

Spend another full day exploring the Mara’s diverse ecosystems. With the highest density of predators in Kenya, this day is focused on tracking big cats such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Take your picnic lunch at the river and return to camp in the evening to relax and enjoy a warm dinner at Alama Camp Mara.

Rise early for a morning game drive to witness predators in action. After returning for breakfast and checking out, you’ll drive back to Nairobi with a picnic lunch en route. Drop-off will be at your preferred location in Nairobi.
