Day 1: Nairobi to Tsavo East National Park
You’ll be picked up from your hotel or the airport in Nairobi and drive to Tsavo East National Park. After checking in and having lunch at Ashnil Aruba Lodge, you’ll go on an afternoon game drive. Tsavo East is famous for its red elephants, the Galana River, and the massive Yatta Plateau—the longest lava flow in the world. You’ll have a chance to see elephants, lions, buffalos, crocodiles, leopards, hippos, and over 500 bird species.
Day 2: Tsavo East to Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast and a final game drive in Tsavo East, you’ll head to Tsavo West with a stop for lunch along the way. You’ll explore Mzima Springs, known for its crystal-clear water and underwater hippo viewing. You’ll also visit the Shetani Lava Flows and enjoy sweeping views from Poacher’s Lookout. Wildlife in Tsavo West includes rhinos, elephants, cheetahs, and rare birds like the Basra reed warbler. Your overnight stay is at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge.
Day 3: Tsavo West to Amboseli National Park
After an early breakfast, you’ll drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive across the park, which lies at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is one of the best places in Africa to see elephants up close, with the stunning mountain as your backdrop. You might also spot lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests. Overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.
Day 4: Amboseli to Nairobi
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in Amboseli. You’ll then drive back to Nairobi and be dropped off at your hotel or at the airport for your flight home.
