Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu (Buffalo Springs)
You’ll be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport between 7–8 AM. Enjoy a scenic drive north through the central highlands, passing tea and coffee farms, with a quick stop at the Equator.
Arrive in Samburu in time for lunch, then head out for your first game drive in the afternoon. Samburu is known for unique animals like the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, Beisa oryx, and gerenuk. You may also spot elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu (Buffalo Springs)
Start your day with an early morning game drive while the animals are most active. Return to camp for lunch and a short break.
In the afternoon, go on another game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River, where many animals come to drink. You also have the option to visit a Samburu village to learn about local culture and traditions.
Enjoy dinner and relax at your camp in the evening.

Day 3: Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After a morning game drive and breakfast, drive about 2–2.5 hours to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Arrive around lunchtime, check in, and enjoy a meal at the lodge.
In the afternoon, explore Ol Pejeta on a game drive. The conservancy is home to black and white rhinos, the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, and even the last two northern white rhinos on Earth.

- Track lions with researchers
- Go on a night game drive to see nocturnal animals

Day 4: Ol Pejeta to Nairobi
After breakfast, go on a final morning game drive. If you have time, you can choose from extra activities like:
- Behind-the-scenes conservation tour
- Junior Ranger Program (for kids aged 4–12)
- Horseback ride with rhinos inside the endangered species enclosure
Leave Ol Pejeta around midday and drive back to Nairobi. You’ll arrive in the afternoon and be dropped off at your hotel, home, or the airport.
