A driver-guide from Ravina Tours will pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Kigali. You’ll drive to Akagera National Park and check in at Ruzizi Tented Lodge. After lunch, enjoy a short afternoon game drive to spot animals like zebras, antelopes, and buffaloes.

Later, take a boat ride on Lake Ihema to see hippos, crocodiles, and water birds like kingfishers and fish eagles. The boat ride lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours.

After breakfast, head out on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. Look for elephants, giraffes, lions, rhinos, zebras, and many other animals and birds. Enjoy your lunch in a picnic spot in the park.
