Details Itinerary

Depart Nairobi for Lake Bogoria National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, explore the lake on foot, observing thousands of flamingos that thrive in its alkaline waters. Take care around the steaming hot springs scattered along the lake’s edge, a fascinating geothermal feature. Spend the evening relaxing at Lake Bogoria Spa Resort with dinner and overnight stay.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading to Lake Nakuru National Park. After arriving in time for lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive. This park is famed for its flamingos, both black and white rhinos, waterbucks, zebras, Rothschild’s giraffes, leopards, and buffaloes. If the water level is low, the lake’s shoreline glows pink from thousands of flamingos. Return to Lake Nakuru Lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, drive south to the Masai Mara with a stopover in Narok town. Arrive in time for lunch at the camp, then set out on an afternoon game drive. The Masai Mara is home to diverse wildlife and the Great Migration during July to September. You’ll traverse rolling savannahs dotted with acacia trees and watch for lions, elephants, cheetahs, and more. Dinner and overnight at PrideInn Mara Camp.

Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives or opt for a full-day excursion with picnic lunch. Witness vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes and enjoy excellent chances of spotting predators. Over 450 bird species inhabit the reserve. An optional hot air balloon safari is available at USD 505 per person. Dinner and overnight at PrideInn Mara Camp.

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. Enjoy lunch in the city before your transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight or onward travel.
