Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport, a friendly representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you’ll have time to rest, recover, or explore the city. Arusha is the gateway to northern Tanzania’s safari circuit and the perfect place to begin your adventure.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park – The Elephant Paradise
After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up and head to Tarangire National Park, a two-and-a-half-hour scenic drive. This park is famed for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal swamps teeming with wildlife. You’ll enjoy a game drive and picnic lunch, with a chance to see lions, giraffes, leopards, and over 500 bird species. In the late afternoon, you’ll travel to Karatu for overnight.

Day 3: Journey to the Serengeti via Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Today’s drive takes you through the cool highlands of Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop for panoramic views of the Ngorongoro Crater before descending into the iconic plains of the Serengeti. Known for its expansive grasslands and annual migration, the Serengeti is a safari dream. After a picnic lunch en route, arrive at your luxury camp for dinner and overnight under the stars.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Spend the entire day exploring the vast Serengeti. Early morning and late afternoon game drives offer the best chances to spot predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as well as herds of buffalo, elephants, and antelope. Alternatively, opt for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch in the bush. This is one of the best places in the world to witness wildlife in its most raw and natural form.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater – Big Five Haven
After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti before continuing on to Ngorongoro. This afternoon, descend into the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera—a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater is home to abundant wildlife, including wildebeest, zebras, flamingos, and black rhinos. After your crater tour, travel to Karatu for the evening.

Day 6: Walking Safari & Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park
Your final day begins with a visit to Lake Manyara National Park. Known for its tree-climbing lions, large baboon troops, and flamingo-dotted lake, the park is rich in biodiversity. Enjoy a short walking safari for a more intimate experience of the bush, followed by a game drive and picnic lunch. Afterward, you will be transferred to your chosen drop-off point—Arusha town, JRO, or ARK Airport—for your onward journey.
