Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to explore Nairobi (optional excursions at own cost, e.g., Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum).Accommodation: Ole Sereni Hotel (Bed & Breakfast)
Day 2: Nairobi – Aberdare National Park
After breakfast, drive to Aberdare National Park, arriving at Aberdare Country Club for lunch. Later, you’ll be transferred to The Ark Lodge, famous for its unique architecture and elevated decks where you can watch wildlife at nearby waterholes—right from the lodge!Accommodation: The Ark Lodge
Day 3: Aberdare – Lake Elementaita
After breakfast, travel to Lake Elementaita, arriving for lunch at Sentrim Elementaita Resort. Spend the afternoon enjoying a nature walk along the lake or relaxing while taking in the stunning views. Great birdwatching opportunities, especially flamingos!Accommodation: Sentrim Elementaita Resort
Day 4: Lake Elementaita – Masai Mara
After an early breakfast, drive to the iconic Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge. After some rest, head out on your first afternoon game drive in this world-famous reserve.Accommodation: Mara Sopa Lodge
Day 5: Full Day in Masai Mara
Enjoy a full day exploring Masai Mara with both morning and afternoon game drives. You may spot the Big Five and many other animals across the open savannahs. Optional activities include a Maasai village visit or hot air balloon safari (extra cost).Accommodation: Mara Sopa Lodge
Day 6: Masai Mara – Nairobi
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi. You’ll arrive in the afternoon for your drop-off at the airport or hotel depending on your onward travel plans.
