After landing at Kilimanjaro Airport, you’ll meet your driver-guide and head straight to Lake Manyara National Park for your first game drive. Though smaller and more forested than other parks, Manyara offers beautiful scenery, birdlife (including flamingos), and a variety of animals. Later, drive to your lodge in nearby Karatu for dinner and rest.

Today, visit the famous Ngorongoro Crater — one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Known as the “Garden of Eden,” it supports over 25,000 animals including lions, elephants, zebras, black rhinos, and hippos. After a full day of wildlife viewing on the crater floor, head to your lodge in the conservation area for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, journey into the vast Serengeti National Park. The Central Serengeti is home to the Big Five and boasts incredible scenery and abundant wildlife. Enjoy game drives along the way before settling into your camp for the night.

Spend a full day exploring the Central Serengeti. Lions, elephants, buffalo, and cheetahs roam the plains. Keep an eye out for the animals made famous by The Lion King, and marvel at the sheer number of species that call this park home.

Set off early for the Northern Serengeti to witness the world-famous wildebeest migration and river crossings (July–September). Arrive around mid-morning and go straight to the Mara River for your first chance to witness this dramatic natural event. Enjoy lunch in the bush and continue with an afternoon game drive before heading to camp.

Enjoy a full day in the Northern Serengeti, tracking the migration and watching for river crossings. After your morning drive, return to camp for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, head back out for more wildlife viewing as the sun begins to set.

After breakfast, drive to Kogatende Airstrip for your flight to Arusha. On arrival, you’ll enjoy a farewell lunch at Gran Melia Arusha. Afterward, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound flight.
