Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart Arusha with packed lunch and drive to Tarangire National Park, the first stop of your Tanzania tour. Known for its giant baobab trees and vast elephant herds, Tarangire is a photographer’s paradise. Game drives reveal a variety of animals, including zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, lions, and leopards. The Tarangire River, the park’s lifeline, attracts wildlife throughout the year. In the late afternoon, drive to Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and overnight at Farm of Dreams Lodge.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, head to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of exploration. This lush reserve is famous for its tree-climbing lions and flocks of flamingos that gather on the soda lake. Day 4: Karatu to Serengeti National Park
Today your Tanzania tour continues into the legendary Serengeti. After breakfast, depart Karatu and travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying spectacular scenery along the way. Upon entering the Serengeti, your game drive begins immediately, with sightings of zebras, wildebeest, and predators like cheetahs and lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before proceeding to camp. The Serengeti is home to the Great Migration, where millions of animals traverse the plains each year. Day 5: Full Day Serengeti National Park
Wake early for a sunrise game drive to spot nocturnal animals returning from their hunts. Wildlife encounters may include elephants, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, rhinos, and numerous bird species. Return to camp for a hot lunch before heading back out for an afternoon drive. Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive as you bid farewell to the Serengeti’s vast plains and rich wildlife. Arrive at your lodge in the late afternoon, where you’ll enjoy dinner and a restful overnight at Embalakai Ngorongoro Camp.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha
On the final day of your Tanzania tour, descend early into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full morning game drive. Known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater is home to more than 25,000 large animals, including elephants, buffalo, lions, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and the rare black rhino. Picnic lunch will be served on the crater floor before ascending back to the rim. In the afternoon, drive to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure, marking the end of your incredible safari adventure.
