Perched high above the shimmering waters of Lake Nakuru, this luxury camp had been on my travel list for quite sometimes and I couldn’t wait to experience myself.

Later that day I spotted zebras, buffalos, watrebucks and giraffes at the same time I could be able to spot a troop of baboons moving through different parts of the park.
The highlight came when our guide pointed out a pair of lions resting beneath a tree after an early morning hunt. We had the chance to quietly stop and observe them for some minutes. We couldn’t resista appreciating how effortlessly they blended into the surrounding landscape. Apart from the wildlife, I was equally captivated by Lake Nakuru itself. The changing colors of the wate, scattered acacia trees, dramatic landscapes and panoramic viewpoints created scenerythat kept me reaching fpr my camera throughout the day. Every drive reminded me why this national park remains one of Kenya’s most rewarding safari detinations.

Whether recommending activities, serving meals or simply stopping for a friendly conversation, everyone contributed to the relaxed atmosphere that made the stay feel personal.
Dining quickly became another unforgetable part of the experience. Every meals was beautifully prepared and served with the spectacular views of Lake Nakuru in the background. Breakfast felt peaceful, lunches were unharried and dinners became the perfect way to end each day.
As darknes settled over the lake each evening, Ioften remained outside a little longer, enjoying the cool breeze and reflecting on everything I had experienced. Those quiet moments overlookig the illuminated landscape became just as memorable as the wildlife encounters themselves.

There is a lot to remember but what I’ll remember most isn’t just the beautiful room or the incredible wildlife. Well, If I’ll ever return to Nakuru I already know where I will be staying at.
